Mode of operation.
The bales are placed by the stacker on the conveyor belt. The machine's intelligent controller then forwards them to the workshop. The bales are transferred by an automatic, load-dependent ram to the slow rotating disintegration rotor. However, the intelligent cleaning cycle of the rotor avoids tangles.
The bale breaker machine is semi-automatic, you need to use a folk lifter to lift the packaged bottles to the platform , then processing.. there are 2 screws in the machine, which will make friction and then unpack the packaged bottles, finally the scattered bottles will get off from the discharging inlet.
