Plastic granulator, also known as plastic pelletizer, is mainly used for processing industrial and agricultural waste plastics. Plastic granulator has special screw design and different configurations, including single-screw plastic granulator, conical twin-screw plastic granulator and parallel twin-screw granulator. Composition of plastic pelletizing equipment

The main machine of plastic pelletizing machine is extruder, which consists of extrusion system, transmission system and heating and cooling system. The auxiliary machines of the plastic pelletizing set are mainly the wire release device, straightening device, preheating device, cooling device, traction device, meter counter, spark tester, take-up device, etc.
The main parts of the whole plastic pelletizing set include belt conveyor with metal detector / forced feeder / compactor / main extruder with degassing / secondary extruder / hydraulic screen changer / die surface cutting system / water cooling tank / dewatering machine / vibrating screen / packaging system.
The extrusion system includes the hopper and die through which the plastic is plasticized into a homogeneous melt.
The drive system is used to drive the screw. The torque and speed required to supply the screw during the extrusion process is generally composed of the motor, reducer and bearings.
The heating and cooling system is necessary for the plastic extrusion process to proceed. A heating unit heats the plastic in the cylinder from the outside to bring it to the temperature required for the process operation. A cooling unit is set up to ensure that the plastic is within the temperature range required for the process

1. Automatic feeding according to customers' requirements.
2. Cutting, mixing, heating, drying, densifying and buffering of plastic materials by fast rotating blades in the patented crushing/cutting and compacting chamber.
3. Continuous filling by tangentially connected extruders.
4. In the extruder screw, the plastic material is extruded.
5. Degassing zone: air, water, etc. are easily volatile.
6. Extrusion of plastic material into the die and pelletizer.
