The PET crusher is a high capacity, low energy consumption crusher designed for film, small hollow bottles and PET bottles. Depending on the characteristics of the material form, the crusher is equipped with a wide range of rotor models with diameters from 500 to 800 mm and rotor widths from a minimum of 700 mm to a maximum of 1600 mm. targeted rotor configurations can be designed to achieve optimum crushing results. The steel structure is integrally welded using a special welding process to meet demanding requirements and materials that are less prone to breakage. It also comes with large rotor bearings, knife holders and rotors. The standard V-cutting technology facilitates more efficient cutting and recovery and reduces the dust content in the recovered material. The deflector wedge, with a removable attachment for a third knife, allows different crushing requirements to be met by simple disassembly. Other standard equipment includes easily removable wear plates in the crushing chamber and external bearings to reduce the risk of contaminants entering the crushing chamber.
Output is relatively high at 20-40% compared to ordinary crushers. The machine features an attractive appearance, reliable performance and excellent cost performance ratio.

Machine features 

1. The main rotor must pass a dynamic balance test.
2. Straight rotating and fixed knives, with two sets of rotating knife holders (10 in total) staggered on the rotor.
3、The main bearing is mounted on the outer frame for easy maintenance and is not affected by the material powder.
4、Electric change of sieve by opening the top cover, labor-saving, quick and safe.
5、With motor current overload protection.
6、With safety limit switch, if the top cover is not 100% closed, it cannot be started.
7、Strong structure: A3 steel plate, thicker body and legs, less vibration.
8、The inside of the top can be optionally fitted with a water spray device to clean the material, cool the rotor and reduce dust.
9、The bottom can be installed with screw conveyor or belt conveyor, smooth discharge.
