ABS PVC Washing Line
The PVC ABS crushing and cleaning line consists of crushing, cleaning, dewatering and drying systems. It is used to recycle PVC ABS PS plastics from different sources. The entire washing machine line can turn the collected dirty plastic into clean flakes for further granulation. Granular products can be reused in the manufacture of new plastic products. The line is controlled from start to finish by a central electrical control panel.
1. The final product is of good quality.
2. The production capacity of the whole line is between 300kg/h-3000kg/h.
3. The parts in contact with the material are made of SUS304, with a thickness of more than 3mm to ensure long service life
4. The world famous brand components are used in the production line - SKF bearing, Siemens contactor, RKC temperature, ABB inverter, Siemens PLC control, etc.
5. The entire production line has passed CE, ISO9001 certification
