The PE/PP film cleaning line system is designed to clean plastic films with contamination levels in excess of 80%, minimising circulating water flow and evaporation losses.
The system's pre-treatment module is equipped with a wear-resistant design to maximise system uptime.
Pre-shredding and pre-cleaning systems remove most of the abrasive material (sand, grit, etc.) to protect the rest of the system.

How do plastic washing lines work?
The PACKER plastic washing line is a large set of equipment for the solid waste recycling industry. The main functions include primary shredding, washing and debinding. Secondary shredding, dewatering and pressing, drying and bagging, etc. It is mainly suitable for various films, plastic bottles, daily miscellaneous plastics, plastic shells of household appliances and other renewable solid waste plastics with economic value.

Installation and warranty
All washing lines come with a complete installation kit. Once the PE film washing line is complete, it will be initially set up in our factory and tested to ensure that everything is in perfect working order. At this point, you are encouraged to come and inspect the machine in person. Ideally, you should bring an engineer or experienced plant manager with you to ask questions about replacement parts, maintenance procedures and operating tips and tricks.
Once we have approval to load and transport the machine, the cleaning line will be dismantled and packed in wooden crates and shipped in a large sea container. At this point, you can arrange for a team or engineers (one electrical and one mechanical) to be on line to guide you through the installation process.
All PE film washing lines and each machine we supply are well documented and come with a 1 year limited warranty.
Ordering
Our lead times for individual machines are 30 days from the date of the purchase contract. For customised orders such as complete washing lines, delivery times range between 60 and 90 days. Actual delivery times will depend on the complexity of the project and the availability of our plant.
